Job Summary:
De Novo is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through field sales, B2B interactions, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field sales activities to generate new business opportunities
Identify and develop B2B clients through meetings, networking, and outreach
Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Present products/services effectively to prospective clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and strategies
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Field Sales
Good understanding of B2B Sales
Knowledge of Marketing strategies and execution
Proven ability in Lead Generation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in sales/marketing roles is an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to travel for field sales
