The DUNGS MB-ZRD(LE) 405–412 B01 MultiBloc is an advanced gas control unit designed for two-stage burner applications. It combines a dirt trap (microfilter), gas pressure switch, pressure regulator, and dual safety shut-off valves into a single compact assembly.
The two-stage operation allows burners to operate at low and high fire stages, improving combustion efficiency, burner modulation, and fuel economy. Available in DN15, DN20, DN25, and DN32 sizes, the system supports a wide range of industrial and commercial combustion applications.
The MB-ZRD, MB-ZRDLE, and MB-ZRLE versions provide additional options for partial-load operation, adjustable opening characteristics, and optimized gas flow control.

The unit supports outlet pressure ranges of 4–20 mbar and 4–50 mbar with inlet pressures up to 200 mbar. Depending on the configuration, valves can operate together or separately for low-fire and high-fire burner operation.
The system is compatible with the DUNGS VPS 504 Valve Proving System for enhanced safety monitoring.
