The Fluidics Atomizer 12 WR2 Series operates on a return-flow principle in which fuel enters through the supply oil connection and passes through a precision-engineered Type ER orifice and Type N swirler assembly.
Excess fuel is returned through the dedicated return passage, allowing burner output to be adjusted while maintaining constant atomization pressure. This ensures stable flame characteristics, efficient combustion, and reliable burner operation throughout the modulation range.
The nozzle incorporates hardened wear-resistant atomizing components, an AISI 316 stainless steel strainer for contamination protection, and Viton sealing elements for long-term durability in industrial fuel systems.
