The MB-D(LE) 405–412 B01 MultiBloc integrates a gas filter, pressure switch, regulator, and safety shut-off valves into a single assembly designed for one-stage burner operation.
The system includes:
V1 = Double-seat safety valve
V2 = Single-seat or double-seat safety valve depending on model
Integrated microfilter
Gas pressure switch
Adjustable pressure regulator
The series supports inlet pressures up to 200 mbar and outlet pressure ranges of 4–20 mbar or 4–50 mbar. Models are available with common or separate control of valves V1 and V2.
The unit can also be equipped with a DUNGS VPS 504 Valve Proving System for enhanced safety monitoring.
