Technical Description

The DUNGS MB-D(LE) 415–420 B01 MultiBloc integrates a gas filter, optional pressure switch, pressure regulator, and two safety shut-off valves into a single assembly for one-stage burner operation.

The system includes:

• V1 = Double-seat safety valve

• V2 = Double-seat safety valve

• Integrated microfilter

• Optional gas pressure switch

• Adjustable pressure regulator

The unit supports inlet pressures up to 200 mbar and outlet pressure ranges of 4–20 mbar or 4–50 mbar depending on the configuration. For additional safety monitoring, the system can be equipped with a VPS 504 Valve Proving System.

For high-flow applications, the filter element can be removed and an external DUNGS GF gas filter can be installed upstream.
